Focussing on the PC Security Guardian and it's ability to monitor and record to PC the listing concluded "for less than 00, Swann offers systems that would've been science fiction just a few years ago. And you can set them up yourself."
The review highlighted that the range is "designed to work with today's generation of desktop and notebook computers, while
still being compatible with older machines using USB 1.1". It commented: the Voyager Hard Disk Enclosure is "a great way of turning a spare internal drive you might have lying around into
a very useful external drive".
On the Max-i-Swann Webcam the review noted "the USB 2.0 connection means better quality video images during video conferencing". Assessing the 11 in 1 Card Reader the review noted that you can "access all the popular memory card formats currently available - including Compact Flash, Smart Media, Secure Digital, Multimedia Card, Memory Stick (various flavours) and the verdict was "the unit is cute, portable and self contained". Finally, the Traveller Slimline Hub was assessed to be "another cute, small and portable device."
